Basic Run Coaching

$175, every 6 weeks, What is included: Personalized training plan, unlimited email communication, and monthly coaching call.

Individual Personal Training

$65/per session, runner specific strength training

Sessions will include: dynamic warm up, cardio and/or strength training based on individual goals, and proper cool down exercises. Sessions are provided in client's home.

Prenatal and Postpartum Personal Training

$340/month, What is included: Personalized monthly exercise program and 60 minute, weekly personal training session.

Coaching calls will include: training check-ins, training adjustments, and pre/post-race debrief.

Tier 1 Run Coaching

$225, every 6 weeks, Personalized training plan, unlimited email communication, 1 personal training session, and monthly coaching call.

Tier 2 Run Coaching

$345, every 6 weeks, Personalized training plan, unlimited email communication, 3 personal training sessions, and a biweekly coaching call.

Tier 3 Run Coaching

$450, every 6 weeks, Personalized training plan, unlimited email communication, 6 personal training sessions, and a biweekly coaching call.

Sessions will include: dynamic warm up, agility and running drills, a running workout, basic strength exercises, and cool down exercises.

Youth Running Coaching

$150/month, What is included: 60 minute, weekly personalized training session, and a basic weekly running menu to help new runners stay on track with their fitness.
