Youth Running Coaching

$150/month, What is included: 60 minute, weekly personalized training session, and a basic weekly running menu to help new runners stay on track with their fitness.

Youth Running Coaching

Sessions will include: dynamic warm up, agility and running drills, a running workout, basic strength exercises, and cool down exercises. Sessions are held at a local park, track, or field where space can be rented. Note: Partner training is available, so if your runner wants a friend or sibling to train with them this can be arranged. Monthly price may vary if rental space is higher than standard.
