As a fitness coach, I specialize in working with pre and postnatal individuals to help them maintain their fitness levels throughout their pregnancy journey while also guiding them in safe post-delivery recovery. My services include fitness assessments, personalized exercise programming, and regular communication on topics related to your pre and postnatal journey. If you are already working with a pelvic floor physical therapist, I can collaborate with your healthcare team to ensure that your exercise program is both effective and safe. Additionally, I offer group or partner sessions, providing an opportunity for you and your friend to embark on a fitness journey together.
Running Coaching
I assist runners who are seeking to enhance their running economy and improve their race times, from 800m to a marathon distance.
My services include:

- Race planning, preparation, and strategy discussions
Youth Running Coaching
I'm a running coach who loves to make training fun, safe, and effective for kids aged 8 to 14, whether they prefer to train alone or with friends. My goal is to help young athletes get ready for middle school or high school cross country or track events by providing them with agility and form drills, running at different paces, and general strength and conditioning exercises that match their age and skill level.
If your child is interested in running, I'm here to help! We can even arrange a partner session, so they can train with a friend or siblings. And here's a fun fact - running practice can also level up their performance in other sports like baseball, basketball, field hockey, and soccer!
